East Africa: La Liga Set to Set Up Academy in East Africa

[Capital FM] Nairobi -Spanish League management company La Liga says it has plans to open up a football academy in East Africa, probably in either Kenya or Uganda as it seeks to expand its Community Social Responsibility program.
