Perth cop blasted over 'gratuitous abuse of power' after Taser use dodges jail
A policeman who assaulted a driver by tasering him during a scuffle in Perth has been blasted by a magistrate for committing "a gratuitous abuse of power" but dodged an immediate jail term.
