Rights groups critical of muted international action ahead of 'one-sided' Cambodian poll

The U.S.-funded National Democratic Institute (NDI) and rights groups say they are disappointed by the muted international action ahead of a general election in Cambodia on Sunday which long-serving Prime Minister Hun Sen is expected to win easily.
