Materials used : H pencil for the rough sketch,

Steadler 4b and 6b pencils, woodless hard and soft charcoal pencils, general's charcoal pencils, tombow mono zero eraser for the highlights, and makeup brushes for the shading.

This I made with graphite pencils for my students. I used grid methods for this to make my students understand the picture better and with the help of grids they could draw it easily. So I can say the grid method is easy to understand and one can draw portraits as same as the reference pictures.

Hey friends, in this sketch I used charcoal pencils with white pencil for the highlights. This sketch I did on a sea toned canson paper. I felt the paper a little bit textured and perfect for the portrait sketches.

Overall I enjoyed doing this portrait work so much though showing the highlights was a big task.

For this sketch I used graphite pencils. The shininess of graphite pencils add extra charm to the sketches.

I have used 3h pencil for the rough outline first. Then I darkened it with 2b and 4b pencils.

Charcoal Pencil Portrait

Here is my charcoal pencil portrait. I am back with my creations after a long time. I did this for my online student. Teaching is so much fun. In the process you get to learn a lot yourself. 

I used black charcoal pencils on an A4 size paper. For highlights I used Tombow mono zero eraser.

Duck Pond - Pen Sketch

Here I drew a pen sketch of Surajgarh Farms in Gurugram. It’s a very happening place and one of the best places to spend the weekends with family.

I liked this particular area in the farms very much. I just clicked the picture from my phone and later sketched it at home.
