Happiness

Most people in this world want to be happy. We can say it’s the ultimate goal of every human being. But sadly too many people struggle with being happy. They can’t seem to find happiness in life.

Fortunately, there are many strategies people can use to create happiness. Having the right people in one’s life is most important. And having a job or at least a hobby to keep oneself busy somehow brings meaning and purpose into lives.

In words of Denis Waitley, “Happiness cannot be traveled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude."

Here I have sketched a happy girl busy in her game. I have used 3h pencil for the basic outlines and later used 6b and 8b pencils to complete it.

Thanks and have a blissful day ahead.

[Daily Maverick] Nine years ago there were lofty plans and a fair shot of enthusiasm to set up a well-funded agency dedicated to South Africa's humanitarian efforts in the rest of the continent. An apparent lack of political will, a pushback against the export of State Capture, and general lack of direction mean the South African Development Partnership Agency has not been created yet, humanitarian aid is skeletal and sporadic, and millions allocated to it still remain unspent.
