Corporate Culture

Every organization has its own distinctive culture. Big corporates too have their own ethics and values created by the founders of them. These organizations spend a lot of time and money on recruiting young professionals so that they give their best and help to raise the organization to the highest level.

Corporate culture spells the unique qualities of a company. It can be spelled in the interior decor of its office, in the clothes people wear to work, in the way people speak to each other.

To make employees feel special these corporations provide them with special office space or different chambers and interesting perks. Sometimes employees end up working 24 hours a day. They can’t imagine a life away from work.

Here I have sketched a scene of a big meeting hall. I have used 3h graphite pencil for the rough sketch and completed it with the help of 6b and 8b pencils.
