Home Sweet Home

There is nothing in this world as sweet as a home. East or west, home is the best as the saying goes. Home is the symbol of human togetherness where we live together, grow together. A home is where we love to live in, where we feel comfortable. It’s the abode which we leave with an urge to return back. All the stress drain out when we come back home. Home offers us affection and security. It’s more than a place. It’s a feeling, feeling of contentment and happiness.

Together with family members, we share all that we enjoy and suffer in our lifetime. Home is where each and every member care for each other and do their very best to make it happy and sweet. We all have sweet memories attached to our homes. We all have childhood toys, belongings, and many more things which remind us of certain time or place when we purchased them to decorate our homes.

There is always a place in our home which is unwittingly our favorite whether it’s a particular room, a corner of the verandah, a place near a particular window or it can be any place. We always like to choose that corner or place to relax or to ponder over something.

Here in this pen sketch, I drew a place near the window where an old member of the family can relax and enjoy the warmth and beauty of the flowers.
