[Welthungerhilfe] Bonn/Berlin -Since the turn of the century, great progress has been made in the global fight against hunger. This is reflected in the new Global Hunger Index, which assesses the nutrition situation in 119 countries. Index scores related to hunger have fallen by 28% since 2000, and child mortality rates were halved in the same time frame.
