Africa: SAA Needs R21.7 Billion Just to Stay in the Air Until Mid-2019

[Daily Maverick] Official discussions are under way about providing the financially troubled SAA with another R9.2-billion by March 2019, Parliament's public enterprise committee heard on Tuesday.
