Vocus shares soar but market still cautious on $3.3 billion bid

Vocus Group soared as much as 26 per cent after the telco announced it will open its books to Swedish private equity group EQT Infrastructure which tabled a $5.25 a share indicative cash offer valuing the company at $3.3 billion.
